Terms and Conditiions

  1. Rental Period: I understand that the rental period begins and ends on the dates specified in my order.
  2. Rental Fees: I agree to pay the rental fee and any additional charges, including late fees, damage fees, or other applicable charges.
  3. Safety and Operation I will operate the ATV safely and responsibly, adhering to all local laws and regulations.
  4. Insurance: I understand that I am responsible for any damage to the ATV during the rental period. I agree to a $500 credit card hold to cover incidentals..
  5. Prohibited Uses: I agree not to use the ATV for racing, competitive events, or any other prohibited activities. ATV may not be used outside of the Santa Teresa, Hermosa, Manzanillo, Cobano, and Montezuma areas.
  6. Liability: I release and hold harmless the rental company, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my use of the ATV.
  7. Return of ATV: I will return the ATV in the same condition as when rented, with reasonable wear and tear excepted.
  8. Gasoline: I will return the ATV with a full tank of gasoline, otherwise we will charge $2.50USD per liter of gasoline.
  9. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
